Post 5: My future job

Imagen
Hi everyone! Today I will tell you about my future job. When I was in school, in 2011, there was the student movement. I was in a public school, so I lived very closely the entire revolution that involved high school and university students in the country. Thanks to this, I discovered what I wanted to study and be in life: a public administrator. At that time my ideal job was to be a deputy and for that, I knew that entering university I had to get involved in university politics. Although things did not go as expected, I know that I still want my work to be directly related to politics, so I would like to specialize in public policy, specifically in the area of higher education. Although in my personal life I really like to travel and see new places, I imagine my work in an office, where sometimes I can interact with the population directly, to have a better and greater knowledge of reality. This is because I am a member of a political party and I have learned to work relating direc...

Post 4: Hobbies

Imagen
Hi everybody! Today I'm going to talk about my hobbies. Whenever I think about what I do in my free time (when I'm not studying or in class), I think that I rest a lot. But now in a pandemic, I have discovered what I like to do in my spare time since in the quarantine, I only had to look for things to do while I was locked in my house. I discovered that I like to play online games on the computer, where I have to play with other people from different parts of Latin America at the same time, being a team. I also discovered that I like to care about my skin, which is why I dedicate myself to learning more about products for my face, body, and hands. Finally, I dedicate a large part of my free time to activism, which I would not know whether to consider as a hobby since it is something that is always done and not only occasionally, but since it is not something that is done out of obligation, I think that might fit here. I play only when I have a lot of free time, skincar...

Post 3: Climate Change

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about climate change.  Climate change is a very controversial topic. In recent years, this issue has taken on a lot of force and has been installed as a primary issue for countries and their international treaties. Although, the population has been made aware through policies that encourage recycling and the care of water and nature, this has responded to the work of NGOs. But continuing to relegate the problem to individual attitudes has not diminished the impact of global warming in the world or in the countries that have worked together with NGOs. The problem of climate change must be addressed in its entirety, understanding that its root is the overexploitation of natural resources and accelerated industrial / business growth.  The governments that are world powers have not taken real measures to stop climate change, as they continue to privilege their economic interests. This is why I believe that one of the d...

Post 2: Your best Holidays

Imagen
Hi everyone!  Today I was gonna talk about my best holidays.  This happens in September 2018, Buenos Aires, Argentina.  I traveled to Argentina with my best friend for a week. We stayed in San Telmo, a place in Buenos Aires city. On that days, we visit many places like "la bombonera" the stadium of Boca Juniors, one of the best football clubs in Argentina; the pink house, which is the government house; the obelisk and emblematic neighborhoods of the city. I also went to a cumbia villera concert and got a tattoo related to Argentina (a bottle of wine that says "ARG" on the label). In addition, we had to live a national manifestation of workers, which was very interesting since we live in a different way than we live here.  For me, that is the best holiday because I love Argentina for many reasons: the music like cumbia villera, the football and their players like Maradona, Juan Roman Riquelme, and Lionel Messi; the literature and the culture.

In my fifteen, I discovered one of my passions: the political. And years later, I found a new passion: travel.  When I think on the things that I want for my life, its that always I want to know new experiences in the world that combined my passions, and when I think in a place that can make my dreams come true, I think in Cuba. Cuba has the most beautiful history of revolution in the continent and his places keep that. The monuments, the streets, the people, the government, the artists... everything. Cuba also h as   an   incredible   musical   culture ,  which   adds   another   interest   to   me ,  since   I   really   like   to   dance   salsa. Also, when I travel, I like to speak with the people that live there. I love to know the real experiences and not only with the I can find in the tv, the news or the books. And I think that the people of Cuba, has so much to say.
